Ashley & Luke, heck yes. These two? I love them. I have had the most wonderful joy of being able to be friends with these two, which makes this session even more meaningful to me. Those that know Jim and myself? I’ll bet that Luke looks pretty darn familiar, as he should, he’s one of Jim’s closest friends and was the best man at our wedding a little over 4 years ago!
When Luke and Ashley started dating, I knew that there was something special happening. Luke was instantly smitten, and I listened to him talk about this wonderful girl and just like that, their relationship blossomed and became what it is today. These two, man, being around them just makes you happy, and I’m not just saying that because they’re friends. Seeing how they interact and how well they go together is a complete joy.
Their session was a great mix of their awesome personalities, some animals (which you all know I loved!), and Luke’s car! Ending the session on a back road as the sun set = absolutely perfect.
Luke then said the most perfect thing ever. He texted me soon after receiving their photos and said “I really like them because it best describes how I feel about her which I don’t know how to put into words.” Come ON! If that isn’t the most adorable thing you’ve heard all day, then you’re crazy! You two, we love you, and we can’t wait for you to be married! 😀
