Holy moly. Where to even start with these two? Lauren and David are two of the most incredible, in love human beings I’ve yet to meet in my life. Their wedding was so full of love, gratitude, and just all around happiness that it still blows my mind. There were so many pieces to make up their Thorncreek Winery wedding, and they all fit together perfectly. From getting to take photos separately with the girls and guys before the ceremony, to those little moments of anticipation for both Lauren and David themselves before seeing each other, everything was wonderful. A huge added bonus (even for me!) to make sure their day ran smoothly: their planner Brandi from All Events Planned. Small shoutout to her for her awesome work on their day!
As the day continued, after a few near-rain moments, it’s like fate intervened and gave us the most stunning of weather and skies for the duration of the day. The clouds hovered, the ceremony began, and the sky turned into a beautiful deep, textured grey. Being honest, those dark and moody skies are some of the best to show the textures and awesomeness of the clouds. The ceremony ended with a slight little sprinkle, and these two were married, ridiculously happy, and ready for the rest of the day.
Photos were taken all around the grounds of Thorncreek, there was a hell of a party on the dance floor, and the night ended with a sparkler sendoff. I cannot think of a better way for these two to begin their story as ‘husband and wife’!
